Our server was terrible. We ordered the nachos with pork for an appetizer and she brought us potato skins. We didn't say anything since she seemed new. My husband ordered a salad which she forgot until we asked her about it when she brought out our meals. We left her a cash tip on the table and paid for the meal on my card. When the charge went through there was a 20% tip added to the card. After contacting the restaurant, they apologized and said they would credit the amount back to my card. We loved the breathtaking views, very friendly staff, and the food was great. Perfect spot for our anniversary date!! The skywalk outlook was beautiful and we’ll definitely be back 🍁🍂
My husband and I had our wedding and reception there. The view is amazing and the food was delicious. We stayed in the lodge that night and the rooms are very clean with great view. We love this place!
5 out 5 stars on the lodge! Fabulous views, great/clean/quiet room! We will definitely be back to the lodge....BUT.... 2/5 stars on the restaurant however... we ordered the sampler appetizer, everything was luke warm at best. Our prime rib came out actually cold like it had come from the fridge. It had ZERO flavor or taste. Honestly, we think it was leftovers from the weekend. It was awful.
