McCloskey Motors in Colorado Springs was founded by Joe and Ann McCloskey. We are a family owned dealership, now entering our 28th year in business. Joe and Ann continue to have a hands-on role in the dealership with Joe being on-site just about every day. We have been voted the CIADA Quality Dealer of the year two times and were the 2013 NIADA Quality Dealer of the Year.

Took our vehicle in for an oil change. Appointment was at 1:30, didnt get out until 3:10. Pull out of McCloskeys and car stalls on Academy, one of the busiest streets. I run back to the shop and tell the workers what happened and they call a tow truck. We wait over an hour in the street for it to come. The tow truck comes and takes our car back to the shop. My husband & I both purchased new trucks on May 4th, at different dealerships. We both already had approved financing, & my trade-in was paid off with zero issues in less than two weeks. I had get oil change they didn't cap my car. Oil went all over I didn't realize till 4 days later. They refuse give me refund. I had come back 3 times fix it.

I was just starting to look and needed information on a vehicle I saw online and I wasn't sure what I wanted or what I can afforded. These people are sneaky. I walked in wanting to use the special they have going on. $4000 for whatever you're driving or dragging. They asked me what my price range was for my new car and what I wanted them to keep my payments at. I told them I didn't want a car more the. $9000 and I wanted to keep my car payments no higher then $185.
