These folks are professionals at the classic bait and switch method. Inquired about a vehicle online and minutes later got a call about the car. Setup an appointment to view the car the next morning because it was too close to closing time. Was told the car was available, and so could look at it the next morning. Drove down to the dealership and wasted part of my morning to only be told they didn’t have the car anymore, that they just sold it to wholesale, but they had tons of other options for me to look at. If I could give them a 0 i would. I bought my car back in august. First of all I had to redo all my financial paperwork. They can’t keep up with their own staff let alone the vehicles they sell. I’ve brought my jeep up here 3 times within the last month and they sent me on my way. After paying $400 to just look at the car and “tighten wires “. Back in the year 21, they put me into a vehicle and told about refinancing and whatnot. And yes, I am not doing my own research at the time.... well, I couldn't refinance because the vehicle was older than 9 years. Also, I did a trade-in of 4k and also a 3k down payment, and yet nothing was taking off the price of the truck. That is highly confusing. And yet my vehicle price after signing was exactly the same.
