Very rude and unprofessional dismissive and will resort to name calling and personal attacks on you as a person.
I purchased a vehicle in 2018, an Acura, it was fantastic. Lasted several years before needing any repairs. In 2025 I needed a car for my husband who took on a second job to pay for bills. 3 months later and the transmission is shot. Very disappointing. We are left with a bill of over $7,000 (because we gave $5,500 down) and no working car for my hubby. Now I see why the salesman wanted us to leave a GOOD review when we first purchased the vehicle. They need to offset the hundreds of bad reviews that they get every week. I bought a car in February and it now needs the transmission replaced. That's 5 months. McCloskey's used to be a really reliable place to buy a car but it has seriously gone downhill in recent years. 5 months and I need a new transmission, that's crazy! Do not go through them at all!!!! They would rather sit there and lecture you about how you could be doing better in life instead of doing their jobs. They are very inconsiderate and arrogant, they were doing other things and helping others before me, then told me all these lies about my credit (when I do check everyday.) they say they are family but that’s far from the truth.
