I came in and picked out my wedding dress in early December, had a wonderful experience in the store. However, since paying and leaving the store I had zero communication about my dress. My dress was delayed multiple times and I was not informed until I started contacting them myself. We ended up having to cancel our wedding due to the dress not arriving on time. They were not apologetic at all about the situation.
We came to this bridal boutique this week and couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. Leslie took her time working with our bride. She made her feel very comfortable and helped keep our budget in mind. We actually left with the most perfect dress under budget! Thank you so much Leslie and McClendons!
I cannot say enough good things about McClendon Bridals! The experience you will have in their store is what you dream of when you think of buying a bridal gown. It was the best experience dress shopping here! They close off the entire store to you and help you to find the best dress for you! There is a very good selection of dresses and the customer service cannot be beat!
Summer is the very best there is!! She made our experience fabulous and everything I could have ever dreamed of! McClendon is perfect and has the most intimate experience by having the entire store to yourself! We drove almost 3 hours to visit McClendon and would do it all over again! I have recommended them to every bride I know!!
