I can’t thank Dr. McClellan and his wonderful staff enough. They made this whole process so easy. Dr. McClellan is very meticulous with his work. I have never been more happy with my body. If I had to, I’d do it all over again 20 times. Definitely the best surgeon in WV!
Awesome Dr… Awesome staff…You won’t be disappointed
I truly love the entire staff, and Dr Mc clellan!!! However, after a surgery and Botox and lip injections, the last lip injection after two weeks look back to normal, I called and was told that they would not fix it, unless I paid an additional 500 plus to fix them. I could not afford another injection, the first injections were high enough. So, I was so disappointed to hear that, so they wouldn’t even look to check my lips. Just said an additional 500! I’m not a nasty person, but I feel that was just wrong!
From the first visit to the last, I don't have one complaint. Dr McClellan and his staff are phenomenal. I had a breast reduction done (insurance covered.) Jenna made the whole experience so comfortable. I really am so thankful to this whole office. You really can't go wrong choosing this team, they will take excellent care of you.
I came here for a consultation and it was a great experience! I recently had breast reduction surgery and the whole team was great!! Each visit Jenna is great very knowledgeable friendly and helpful! Dr.McClellan is great he is very thorough and makes sure you are prepared for all things possible and takes his time to make sure you understand all things about the surgery with realistic expectations! Definitely recommend! Becky and the front staff are also always so friendly and helpful!
