I had the best experience with Dr.McClellan he made me feel so comfortable from the moment I went in for a consultation. Very honest and upfront about everything! My results are better than I could have imagined very thankful I found his office. His entire staff is so friendly and helpful especially Becky she was the best to communicate with throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend.
I had a consultation at this office. After paying a non-refundable fee for the consultation and taking time off of work, the doctor refused services because I didn't have health insurance at the time. I was paying out of pocket for the surgery and felt the consultation was a waste of time and money. The receptionist told me it was a recent change to their rules and so she said he may refund me since that was recently implemented but he would not. I can’t thank Dr. McClellan and his wonderful staff enough. They made this whole process so easy. Dr. McClellan is very meticulous with his work. I have never been more happy with my body. If I had to, I’d do it all over again 20 times. Definitely the best surgeon in WV!
