I need service on my Ford Expedition while I was visiting in Athens. I had the vehicle services the day before at my home dealership in Hixson, Tennessee. The shop had failed to reattach a filter cover that was hanging from underneath my vehicle. On my way down to Athens I had two people to pull up beside me and tell me that something was hanging from under the vehicle. No service after the sale! I have 2 non conforming defects (conditions) on a new 2018 f150. Ford and McClary Ford are not making a reasonable effort to fix.
