I have enjoyed McClard's Bar-B-Q since we moved here in 1983 - 34 years! Can't be beat - it's the best!!!

We made a quick trip up to Hot Springs for a weekend family getaway and our friend Dicky Love highly recommended the joint. While at Magic Springs I had a conversation with a local retiree who again recommended the joint and both specifically recommended "the whole spread" tamale plate. Great Grandmother's Spatula!!! It was fantastic. We will be back as that pound of ribs covered in fries is on my radar. Highly recommend this place to all my friends. Get some!
Don't go for the BBQ. It quit being good 10 years ago. Just bland meat. On the other hand, the slaw is still as good as it ever was. Excellent beans and Tamale.

5 stars as always! Absolutely the best in the state! I suggest you get there around 10:55 so you can get a seat for lunch. They always serve more than you can eat so if you ever leave there hungry it's your own fault!

Have eaten at many different Bar-B-Q places that were very good, but none compares to McClards . How I would love to have one of their Tamale Spreads tonight! They are the best!
