We purchased our Solitude late last July 2023. It had several issues that needed repair. The Solitude was purchased new over 6 figures. After multiple phone calls, emails, and texts we finally picked up our Solitude on November 13, 2023. They didn’t clean the unit inside or outside. Not even one star - Vincent in the OKC service department very arrogant, extremely rude and certainly not customer service oriented. We took our RV 5th wheel in for service that was covered by insurance. Vincent called my husband and advised that the insurance only reimburses $150.00/hr and they charge $190.00/hr so we would have to pay the additional $40.00/hr for service. If you want to buy an RV here the salesmen do a good job selling you one but that is where the customer service STOPS! We bought our Winnebago View two years ago, beware the salesmen are sneaky and will sell you one without telling you if anything is wrong with a brand new RV. When we went to drive the motorhome the salesman realized the battery was dead and I saw him go to the override switch that uses the house batteries as a back up power source. Unbelievably fantastic experience with McClain's RV (OKC and Dallas) and Jeremy (sales). When we didn't find what we were looking for at the McClain's in Dallas, they referred us to the OKC McClain's. We met Jeremy in OKC McClain's and he made sure we found exactly what we were looking for in an RV. Great Service, Service Mgr takes personal interest, outstanding Technicians
These guys are crooks. They took our deposit of $1,000 to put a new RV on hold while we negotiated. We agreed on a price for cash and then a manager called and said the only way it would close is if we did financing with them so they could make extra money. Once we canceled the deal and went to a different dealership for even a better price they quit responding and wont return our deposit. Bait and Switch and steal your deposit!! Use them at your peril.
