I visited Camp World and Jayco and discovered they were pretty much the same company. But that wasn’t the issue. After several visits I finally found the RV that I like and could work for me. Signed paperwork, scheduled pickup and waited to hear from sales team it was ready to pick up.. I never received a call, so I called the morning I was scheduled to pick up. Sales- we had a great guy sell us our fifth wheel, though he no longer works here. Finance- absolutely terrible. Service- when they want to, they do great. Most of the time we call 10 times to finally get our service person on the phone. They’ve honored our warranty, but it takes along time to get anything done.

Truman Kellam was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was upbeat and laid back, didn’t make me feel like the pushy other finance guys I’ve dealt with before. Highly recommend asking to work with him!
"2nd update" 1st time we pull the couch in we find rigged up and missing pieces. My mobile mechanic verified was this way a long time before we pushed slide in, cable ripped itself apart. Damage to seals and all. This is just one more reason not to buy here. Would include photos of the issues if I could. They do not want to fix the issue but just want my review down. They have even resorted to bribery of a night or two free in a campground of our choice but the review of staying up and not going anywhere anytime soon *update... read more
