If you want to buy an RV here the salesmen do a good job selling you one but that is where the customer service STOPS! We bought our Winnebago View two years ago, beware the salesmen are sneaky and will sell you one without telling you if anything is wrong with a brand new RV. When we went to drive the motorhome the salesman realized the battery was dead and I saw him go to the override switch that uses the house batteries as a back up power source. We bought a 2017 Grand Design 5th wheel mid October. Excellent experience from our initial contact with Dustin who led us to the right person and the right trailer. The sales department folks of Nathan, Brandon, and Jeff were top notch. Easy to deal with and very knowledgeable of their trailers. I was impressed immediately with Henry's positive take charge customer service attitude. Henry spent an next hour and a half working with me and taking care of the issues I had. By the time I left your Sanger location Henry had resolved all of the things I had asked for. The Sanger location did not get credit for my purchase and some may think Henry's time was not well spent for that reason.
