My experience with this property management company has been an absolute nightmare and I strongly recommend avoiding them entirely. From the very beginning, they ask you to submit your detailed leasing requirements and preferences, only to completely ignore every single one and force their own standard lease. Property owners BEWARE!! DO NOT trust this company with your investment property! They will do absolutely NOTHING to ensure that it is returned to you in good condition, and will LIE to your face about how they will handle problem situations. In a recorded conversation on May 24th, we were assured by Jeff Wall that our tenants were in breach of contract by choosing to leave early and that they are obliged to pay rent up through the end of their lease (July 19th), plus reimburse us for damages to our property.
