I'm very happy with the experience I had this weekend at McCary's! I needed last minute engraving and a necklace to go with it. Though they had kind of a list of other engraving orders, I told them what I needed it for and they told me if I could come in before a certain time, they would finish the job by 4PM. Where he always gets it right.
I went in after work, about 20 minutes to closing, and needed a bent ring straightened back out. I always feel awful about going in to a business right before they close, but the ladies at the front were so sweet and took the ring right back to the jeweler who fixed it within minutes. I fully expected to leave it with them since I've had to leave it before at other jewelers, so I was happily surprised. the impeccable attention to detail with regards to my likes and dislikes is a huge plus with McCary's. I still have my first ring from them...1976 and they continue to tend to it as if I had just gotten it.
