I booked a specific rental due to proximity to our home and ground floor access over a holiday on VRBO. Over a month later, when nothing was available given the holiday period, McCartney began emailing me asking me if I was willing to change to another unit, all of which were 20-30 min walking from the original unit. I said no, and then they told me they were going to force me into a cancellation. All of this communication was not on VRBO and instead on email. Loved our condo.
This is a dying concern with an owner who is not able to care for his business. There are obviou problems that influence the day to day business of the property management and render it completely dysfunctional. In a three year contract they never once performed even at a bare minimum level. MPM is non responsive, derelict, uncaring and shameless.
