I contacted McCartney for a clogged kitchen stack. The service call was scheduled quickly. The estimate was explained by the scheduler & then by the technician James once he had a chance to look at the issue, on sight. James & Arturo opened the Kitchen stack and used a camera to examine the Main line. Pricing was reasonable/competitive, James & Arturo worked efficiently & explained things well.
