I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. My appointments never get canceled last minute. They are extremely reliable. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. How can I express the marvelous care I have received from Dr. Marc. Having been in a near fatal car accident years ago, my body has endured pain for years.Hospital, wheelchair, and then walking in pain, my lifestyle was greatly affected. Dr. McCartney is really a great guy. On my initial appointment he was very personable right off the bat. He introduces himself and explains how the whole chiropractic process works. He answered all my questions. The adjustments were done in a very gentle manner; he doesn't wrench your neck like some chiropractors seem to do. He also has a very upbeat attitude and is clearly a 'people person'. I will definitely continue seeing Dr. McCartney.
