I inquired about a vehicle online and wanted a cash price since I would have been traveling 2hrs away to look/purchase, they would not give me a cash price. So I looked elsewhere, purchased another vehicle and told the salesman that they lost the sale due to not giving a cash price and being upfront. I then told the salesman not to call or text anymore, he proceeded after the text message to call and leave a voice message that same day and then call the next day after that. My experience here was nothing short of wonderful! We weren't on the lot more than a few minutes when Kevin Heuerman met us and got us started looking for a car. I knew that I needed a great economy car for me and my 5 yo son to use and he instantly got us started and looking. I drove away with the first car I looked at! In a matter of 2 days I received the classic bait and switch with the cars I was interested in being "sold" 2 different times. Sales will contact you in the morning hours but you won't hear from them when you respond. During my last phone call, I told them I was no longer interested in their dealership or process, they "found" the original car I inquired about...conveniently marked up $3000. My time is valuable also as I left my busy day to honor my appointment. Typical old school used car salesmanship.
Great experience with the sales people and finance manager. Not high pressure there inventory speaks for itself. Great people and very professional.
