I had a great experience at McCarthy-Morse Chevrolet! Me and my dad where both helped by Salesman Jake Witt and he was very experienced and professional in helping us both get into new cars. Not a thing I would complain about the service provided, the best car buying experience I have ever had! Also a shoutout to Edgar Zamora for helping out too.

5 months later having to fix our AC out of pocket because apparently what we thought was "certified used" was not the case, even though all of the stickers and papers say so, you have to pay extra to make it certified. This was clearly an issue before we bought the car as we have not used the ac but a few times, and now after sitting through winter it had a leak, something that should have been fixed prior to selling. Will not return to this dealership.
We had a great experience from start to finish today trading for a used Traverse today. "G" was our salesman and did a great job making us feel comfortable and making our car buying experience a smooth one! I would highly recommend him as we drove 2 hours and weren't let down!
Was going good until the guy who is supposed to be a professional at telling the condition of your car told me a false condition. Tried to say my car has been painted and was worth 500 bucks. Really? Then some guy name "G" , without looking at my vehicle at all, backed him up calling him a professional. Yeah he's a professional con artist. Not recommend. Was going good until the deceitfulness took place. Try Car Smart.
I had a great experience here! I was helped by Walter Jones who was patient and gave me all the information I needed about buying my car. Walter was always helpful and reminded me to ask again if I wasn't clear on anything. I am very happy with my purchase! Thanks again for a great experience buying my first car!!
Just a quick note to let you know how much I appreciate Bill Higgins, who has been my service consultant for approximately the past 2 or 3 years. Bill is awesome -- very professional -- helps get my vehicle in and out very efficiently and has been excellent in helping me make sure that the right maintenance is done so that my Traverse remains a very safe vehicle to drive and is always in optimal running condition.
