I inquired about a vehicle online and wanted a cash price since I would have been traveling 2hrs away to look/purchase, they would not give me a cash price. So I looked elsewhere, purchased another vehicle and told the salesman that they lost the sale due to not giving a cash price and being upfront. I then told the salesman not to call or text anymore, he proceeded after the text message to call and leave a voice message that same day and then call the next day after that. Not professional to deal with at all. The payoff on my trade in loan went through late and I got charged the interest... The dealership told me they were not responsible for the interest. if the payment hadn't gone through my account I would have never known, but I ended up paying for their mistakes! Then, the dealership has to handle the tags on a lease... They told me they would transfer my old tags and deduct the transfer from my new tags. Didn't happen. This dealership owes me well over a hundred dollars for their mistak... read more
