Dr. McCarter is incredible and has been so pivotal in diagnosing endometriosis. I spent years seeing doctors and the first appointment he took me seriously. The office staff is wonderful, responsive, and deeply kind. So grateful to have found this team.
5 year update: I am still dealing with issues from this delivery. There is a lot of scar tissue from where the abscesses were behind my uterus. This has trapped my ovary and fallopian tubes and as a result I can’t get pregnant from that side (I only have one ovary) so I would need to have surgery or IVF. I don’t think he meant any harm, and he was amazing at showing up after the surgery.
