We've been working with McCarter & English for several years on all of our domestic and international patent needs and they've been fantastic! Extremely communicative, organized, and efficient.
Our problem/case has not been resolved. They charge $600/hr for nothing. The e-mails back and forth took forever. The negotiation lasted for 2 years. No result. You have to wait for 2-3 weeks to get a response. Very poor work with the opposite lawyer. We wasted time and spent a fortune. We will never recommend McCarter & English to anybody. They only want money from you and they will never be interested to resolve your case.
