Was in a bind They helped me out significantly and saved my company thousands of dollars. Good people to deal with.
The store manager, Steve, is always helpful and knowledgeable of Takeuchi products and my machines. He goes out of his way to do the best he can on new parts and accessories.
Don't know much about the construction quality in the company but I do know how they like to drive when their on their way home. Using a turning lane as a straight lane just to cut off traffic(and me) when I even have my child in the car. Drive better. Especially in a company vehicle if you don't want these type of reviews. He was driving east on w 61st Ave around 4:50pm, today, if the owner cares.
Manager Steve from the Merrillville store has been wonderful! He has gone the extra mile for us, literally. We have Case machines and even though Merrillville doesn't carry it, Steve has never failed us when we needed something. He's always available to us when we need him.~Ellenberger's Maintenance Svc.**Wish Merrillville was a Case headquarters,😉🤣😂**
Awesome group of guys there! We have been buying and taking equipment there for a long time, always respectful and take care of their customers!
