My dad had an issue with his drain sewer auger where he couldn't pull out the cable. He brought the machine to get it checkedout. Hoss, a gentleman there patiently took the time to fix my dad's issue and even additional time to show him how to properly operate the machine. He was extremely helpful, kind and considerate. We will definitely look to come back for any future issues. Outstanding customer service!!!
