In a time where customer service has fallen to the wayside in favor of automated call centers, long wait times, and mediocre care, McCallum’s staff really shines. I had a relatively small orthodontic urgency and while I wasn’t a patient at the office, my wife had been. Not only did they eagerly accept me, they offered to see me same day and expertly fixed my issue. That would have been enough but the staff there, they were just phenomenal.
