I visited Dr. Soltani for an appointment, and unfortunately, my experience was very unsatisfactory. His attitude was cold and unwelcoming, which made me feel uncomfortable and discouraged. He did not perform any treatment and said I would be referred to another doctor. However, nearly two months have passed and no one has contacted me. I visited the clinic, and my experience with Dr. Soltani was very disappointing. His attitude felt cold and indifferent, and I didn’t feel welcomed at all. It seemed like he just wanted to finish the appointment quickly. Whenever I asked about any issues, he would dismiss them, saying they weren’t important or there was nothing to be done. I will not be returning due to his very cold and unprofessional manner.

I had a great experience at McCallum Dental in Langford, BC. Dr. Soltani is one of the best dentists I’ve ever met. He’s very professional, gentle, and caring. He’s patient and takes the time to explain every detail so you always know what’s going on. He works fast but very carefully, and you can tell he’s highly skilled and experienced.
