From my Project Manager, Mike Phillips, to Debbie, Installation Coordinator, to Armondo, Carlos and Alex, hardwood floor installer,s to Alfredo and Maria, carpet installers, to Joe and his painting crew and everyone else involved in helping me restore my house after a water event. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend McCalls!!!!
Installer is undependable comes when he feels like it. Screw the convenience of the paying customer. Day 5 of a 2 day job because he called off twice and only worked 2 hours one day. Promised would be here at 9am today if I let him come and it’s 950 on a Sunday and here I sit still waiting after cancelling MY PLANS to accommodate his. I will tell everyone that will listen to never use these people
McCalls has a great selection of flooring options, especially hardwood. I can't say enough great things about Mike. He is very knowledgeable about flooring trends & best selections. Extremely kind and patient during the process. Debby is an absolute jewel. She walked me through every step of the installation process & answered all questions to put my mind at ease. She's the best!
