This company has terrible customer service now. Ever since the original owner retired the two guys that took over don't have any professional customer service skills, and don’t care about the customers. The company now tends to do lots of over billing. Both Sons are very confrontative with customers and like to argue on the phone, instead of helping the customers concerns.
