It’s a shame that so many of these reviews are rating the office staff and not doctor McCall. Dr McCall has been my kids doctor for years. He’s amazing! Top notch! And my three boys have always liked him
Dr. McCall has provided great care to both of our kids, both physically and emotionally (he's a great listener), and they are sad to be moving on now that they are in college. We've referred him on to several friends.
Dr. McCall's office was great 15 years ago, now they are just money hungry with a complete disregard for patients and no clue how to run an office.
He's been my son's doctor for 14 years and he has been great! I wouldn't want to change doctors because my son has a trusting relationship with him and we know he has his best interests at heart.
We love Dr. McCall. He is always available and easy to talk to and really cares about his patients. We are so thankful to have him as our sons doctor. We wouldn't want anyone else.
The girl that answers the phone at the front desk is unbelievably rude and goes out of her way not to help. She is unprofessional and unfriendly. The staff is continuously misplacing our forms and documents and blame us or other offices for all their errors. So far only 1 or 2 staff members have been really polite or helpful. The doctor is friendly but not as detailed or thorough as our last pediatrician so you have to remember to ask as many questions or else if you forget you can't call him.
