Bad service Do not call the phone number they have listed! It is NOT their phone number - it has been mine for over 7 years and I am tired of getting their calls. They are obviously not very professional if they cannot even get their phone number correct!
I needed a custom A/C line made for a project and this place was able to accommodate my needs. When I stopped and asked a couple of local service shops where I could get this done, they all recommended this place. That alone told me they knew what they were doing. Very professional and my air is nice and cold again!
McCain's Air Conditioning Auto Repair & Parts is kool! I was traveling thru Dallas one day and my A/C went out in my car and in Texas its to hot go go with no A/C! They fixed my problem in no time and had me back on the road again! They were fast and had affordable prices.
Actual price well-exceeded original quote. – I can't even give them one star, but I had to in order to publish my review. I was quoted a price of $300 in addition to the $80 diagnosis to have my air conditioning repaired. I clarified that this was an all-inclusive price and was assured that it was. About an hour after I left my vehicle there, I received a call and was told that an additional part was needed at the tune of $250. Something didn't ring true, so I did a little research. The part was less than $40 and would take ... read more
You can trust Eric I took my '02 Cavalier to a shady place on the north side of fort worth...paid $150 for them to blow a bunch of my fuses. McCain's charges a flat rate of $75 to diagnose the problem. They learned it was a faulty wire interfering with the power switch and they looked for the wire until they found it, and then they replaced it. I think I paid around $250 total. I had gone 2 Texas summers already with no ac because I was so afraid to be taken advantage of. I felt confident that McCain's would do me right and ... read more
McCain's Auto & AC Repair is good We took our Nissan Exterra for air conditioning repair/needed freon. however, they could have taken us for a ride and did not. Honest group/had our car ready to go in no time.
Great job fixing my 2004 Sequoia's AC! – The service manager was able to get my '04 Sequoia in the shop on the same day I brought it to him. McCain's correctly diagnosed the problem as a blown A/C clutch and compressor and estimated the cost of repair to be less than $1,000. Two years before I brought the Sequoia to the Toyota dealership and they just replaced the A/C clutch alone for $800, they should have replaced everything (~$2,000 at Toyota Dealer). I strongly recommend bringing your Toyota to McCain's Auto and AC Repai... read more
