THE ABSOLUTE BEST! From the gals answering the phone to the plumbers performing the work, everyone is fantastic and they treat you like family. The entire team is so accommodating and will not stop until the work is done. Bruce Sr. and Bruce Jr., especially, are so patient with customers, they take their time to explain the repairs; they recommended what is need "now," and what is needed "later," and they will not push you to do more. I’ve used McCaffrey for several years now for fuel oil and oil boiler service. Their service has been excellent and they’ve always been there when I needed them. They have exceeded my expectations every time and I would recommend them any day.

I will no longer be using this company. My furnace has been randomly shutting off for months. Sometimes the reset button works, sometimes it doesn't. Often, when the reset button is hit, the small box will vibrate and make a loud noise. In October, I called the company about the issue and explained what was happening. It took a few days for someone to come out, but the weather was mild so it wasn't a big deal. When the tech arrived, I explained what was happening and he said he found the problem.
