Almost didn’t go because of some of the reviews I sifted through online. Glad I did. They had a great inventory, knowledgeable and welcoming staff, and my experience was totally opposite of some of these bad reviews found on here. I talked with Lee and he spent a ton of time with me offering way more information than I anticipated receiving. So my interaction with him largely informed my experience but everyone else in the store was equally awesome in demeanor, welcoming, and friendliness.
The Coin shop team was wonderful! Friendly, honest, sincere, and respectful. I went to other shops and didn’t feel like they were really interested in helping me, here I felt safe and welcome right away!
I spoke to the staff when i stepped inside of the establishment, two staff look looked at me and didn't say anything nor did they offer to assist me.
Great gun store. An Austin staple for sure. Friendly staff and good selection.
I have done business ( buying and selling) coins w/ the ladies at the coin shop. They are fair, you're not going to steal anything from them pricewise and they offer fair money when you sell. They have a great selection of coins in case you're looking for rare coins.
