Great doctors, who are thorough and educational. LOVE the staff at the front desk and who helped me get matched with the right frames. Cannot recommend highly enough!
I had a pretty frustrating experience at this clinic. The doctor was great and friendly, but the staff? Not so much. I felt dizzy after starting a new prescription and called to get help. The person on the phone told me to just get used to it, which didn’t make any sense to me. She even hung up on me! After saying I don’t think I want to get used to it . I had to call back and educate her how to be more professional. Plus, an older staff who deals with glasses made rude comments about my glasses breaking with a very bad atti... read more
The best!
I have been to, I think, four total optometrists in my life. Honestly most have been perfectly competent. However, I can say for sure that I'm unlikely to find anyone better than Dr. McBride at what h e does. Competent is great, but truly caring makes a world of difference, and everyone hear clearly does care a lot.
