Didn't wash my silverado well at all. There is still bird droppings on my bedside, the running boards do not look touched at all, and the tire and wheel cleaning was dismal. Chose the $20 option on the wash.
I have spots on the tires and black trim shines like the tire spray or wax wasn't spraying only half the tire
I went today a hour before close and as a former employee with a membership I come to expect a normal wash experience the same as every other customer but the first dude did not provide this flipping me off walking inside saying “ god I hate this guy” but when I asked for a manager Nathan came and wiped the inside of my windshield off cause I can’t with a broken collarbone and got the rest of the bugs the first guy missed 50/50 experience depending on who you get
We had a great experience at the Saint Joseph MO location. Nathan was very helpful and professional. He explained all the different memberships and what was included. Vacuums and wash was great!
