Hello everyone! I had an issue with my license plate not being read properly and after many attempts to manually adjust it, I decided to reach out to the local manager, “Logan”. Logan DELIVERED outstanding customer service, he went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved. Finally, he took OWNERSHIP of ensuring that my family, friends and those reading my review, become customers for life! Great job sir, leading by example!
Updated - the coffee was right! Also, the young lady who greeted me did a pre-wash treatment to help remove the tree sap and bug guts. She also let me know that I could use the free wash that can be used within 2 days can be used immediately following the first wash ... so my good wash was a great wash!
Best car wash I’ve found since moving back to Arkansas. Fast and easy as well
