The staff there at Mcbay Auto Sales were nice and knowledgeable and professional. I liked the car it was nice.
Mac the owner was great! I think that his operation was totally legit and he even has a repair shop so I would think that he gives good cars and deals because he would want buyers to have good relations with him so that they come to his repair. He fixed the paint chip on the fender and replaced the worn hood shocks as well as fixed the TPMS sensor for free on the car I bought, on top of that gave me a great discount too!
We agreed on a price, I was making arrangements to travel to the dealership, then a couple of days later the dealer told me someone else made an offer on the vehicle and he would call me back if the offer fell through. Really? He called back, I did not return his call. I would not do business with this dealership again.
Business response:
Another typical case that we are blamed by customers who lost a great deal. Customer called for the price, but never commit to buy nor set up the appointment to show up. We tried our best to help and called the customer when we had another buyer who was ready to buy, but no responds. Sorry, first come first serve.
The person just reply a simple sentence sayng that the car was not availble and when I ask if there is ani alternative he replies in a very rude and unprofessional way.
