Would not recommend It is good size for a large group but it needs a lot of repairs it is not suitable for young kids And it is not what is advertised Has no aircon it was hot and the free standing fans they supplied did not work And was filthy and old It is not walking distance to beach It was dirty Had dead bugs everywhere Asked for a refund as it wasn’t what we booked and we couldn’t stay for the time we booked as it was unsuitable for the kids but was refused

Definitely not very well presented upon arrival no aircon not clean half the fans work wifi is in bottom at garage might aswell not have it at all with COVID it should of been cleaned big let down

When you first walk into this house dead bugs (cockroaches) are not a good look for a first impression. Especially squished onto walls. The whole place was dirty and at the least should’ve been cleaned let alone adding the fact that we are in the midst of a global pandemic. These is no air cooler and only a few pedestal fans to cool. Fake wardrobes, bbq area a mess. Doesn’t look as if it was cleaned since the last people. There is no easy access to the beach so beware of thinking you can just walk there because you can’t. Good size for a number of people, separate flat downstairs was great, views were amazing, but the owner needs to do major repairs to leaks in the ceiling, we had water pour into the kitchen and dining areas, soaking the benches, dining setting and floors each time it rained . Also water in living room. It also needs general maintenance and a good clean around windows, blinds and washing of curtains would help
