My elderly friend resides there,They are very slow about resolving issues she has been trying to get her phone hooked up to the gate system to open the gate from her apartment for well over a month and it hasn't happened yet I'm going to call help me Hank at channel 4 if it's not resolved today, my friend is 83 years old and if she needed medical assistance she would not be able to let them in. These senior apartments are going down. Years ago they used to be well managed and inspected. Now, under this new ownership/management, they have had several units that have had bed bugs for years even though the apartment mgmt CLAIMS to do inspections of units. How do you complete an apartment inspection and do not check for pests in your building?
