WOW... I read a lot of negative comments. All I've ever had was a great experience getting meds refilled here. If they don't have it here, I just go down to the Balboa location. Granted, driving down is a bit of an inconvenience but being without prescribed meds sucks worse. There was a time I waited an hour, but it's expected when active duty has priority, and I'm retired. The number doesn't work. It doesn't even dial. It gives me a busy signal then gangs up. If I want to make an appointment or anything I have to go in person. I'm a SAHM with a 1 yr old...
If you can avoid the Pharmacy here, unless in uniform, definitely avoid at all costs! Kearny mesa Pharmacy is right down the road and usually faster.
