Update to 1 star - 5 years in and things just get worse. tl;dr Two stars because we're happy to finally be in our home and (hopefully) past dealing with McArthur; also the sales agent in our area was pleasant to work with. The negatives outweigh the positives, though, and I did not enjoy lining their pockets in gold. My advice: seriously look at other builders before deciding on McArthur. We have loved our new build with McArthur homes. It’s been five years since we built, and we still love it so much.
We have bought twice with McArthur homes. Very friendly staff and was a great experience with both of our homes. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home.
Overall our experience with McArthur was good. There were some minor hiccups during the building process, but the crew did a good job communicating with us.
We have been working with Stephanie for about 5.5 months on a new home at Pierson Farms in West Jordan. Krista joined in the fun around a month ago. We have made all of our choices and are meeting with a new member of their team West on Monday next week. Stephanie and Krista both have treated us like royalty and bent over backwards to help make our dreams come true. We are expecting that West will be from the same mold. We are so excited to start this new chapter of our lives with help of McArthur Homes.
