Im seeing a lot of reviews here blaming Canada as a whole for the crappy situation our HealthCare is in. Since the staff wont reply to them, I can only hope they see this. HealthCare is a provincial service, please direct your hatred in the right direction and join the cause for a better HealthCare system!
Front desk staff could work on how to talk to patients over the phone.
