Took my car in for a recall maintenance issue. Staff was amazing and the all around service fantastic.
Unlike most of the dealer, McAlpine service didn't try to overcharge me and they were very helpful at few other problems I had.
Five stars all the way for McAlpine Ford in Aurora. Over the years we have found their professionalism and service to be consistently outstanding. At our most recent visit we enjoyed great service from Allie at concierge. Also, we really appreciated the amazing help Casey at Quiklane provided us in finding the problem with our vehicle.
