Terrible, what was initially promised was not fulfilled (fascia was not replaced), rude workers, very unprofessional, left nails scattered all around the property that got me a flat tire. A 4 x 4 was left with a another price of wood to even out their mistake, an enormous pile of trash was left and not picked up until days after that I called to complaint. Even after I spoke to Roel and once again he promised to get the nails and 4 x 4 fixed he has not until this day.

McAllen Valley Roofing Company is the one replaced our roof early this year. There have been leaks in our garage for almost a year. They attempted to fix it twice but still leaking. I called them many times but they're ignoring me.

McAllen Valley Roofing recently replaced my roof and I was very happy with the service provided. The roof was done quickly and they took care to cleanup all debris, materials etc. Project Manager Victor ***** was great throughout the process.

These guys did a terrific job! The lead man, Kevin, was a most respectful and pleasant young man. The clean up was probably better than I would have done for myself. I highly recommend this company. Ramiro at production and Phillip at sales were quite professional. This entire experience was a demonstration of how a service company should operate.

Tim ****** was super helpful and had great communication every step of the way. He helped me navigate my insurance claim and made sure the job was done in a timely manner before I closed on my house. Roof looks great :)

Just had my roof replaced by McAllen Valley Roofing Co. Had roof damage during Hurricane Hanna. My project manager was Tim Parrish. He is very knowledgeable ,and helpful every step of the way. Truly appreciated the work Tim did working with my home insurance company. Providing detail reports and assist to make sure every aspect was captured in the claim. Certainteed shingles were used for my roof. These shingles are quality shingles. They supply a great warranty on their work (25 years labor and 30 year material). So you hav... read more
