Like most VA clinics this one is quite nice. I only just on-boarded so I'm not really sure about most of the Clinic, only the parts I visited. All staff I encountered treated me well.
Everybody here is professional, and most importantly, cordial.
Ruby team reception. I was waiting for 1hr. I decided to check again with the reception. I was nor checked in the first time. Ya too busy with her phone.
Excellent service, needed a new VA card, in and out in less than 5 minutes. Kind and friendly people.
VA McAllen now has an Urgent Care for us Veterans!!! Monday through Friday 2:30pm to 9:00pm 1430-2100 Great service fast and very polite and attentive staff Plenty of Parking I was in and out in no time! I got Xrays and prescriptions quik 10-8
