Worked fast to get my issues under control
Outpatient Services and Registration are a mess. Request another hospital if possible. Expect to wait between an hour or 2 to register. On the day of the procedure the doctor could not find the registration and further delayed my procedure another hour after already waiting an hour. Management is clearly lacking. Reply to Response: It's good to hear my comment prompted a response. However, I'm disappointed that the link directs to a general contact page. All staff was very professional, courteous, friendly..procedure was explained to me in detail... excellent service...
