All the providers are the best however, they have this customer service person at the front desk and she is also handling medical records. It’s the worst customer service ever. she is contributing for the clinic to be out of compliance. Sending medical records is a law. It’s not when you feel like it. By law you have 15 days to send not when you feel like it. .
Dr. Costa and all 3 FNPs are professional, friendly and caring. Always answer all of our questions; appointments never feel rushed. Front office/reception staff are also very professional and courteous. MAs are kind and gentle with our baby. Brought our son to this clinic as a newborn, have been seen both with appointments and as a walk-in. Minimal wait time. Highly recommend this clinic! Excelente!!! He cambiado de pediatra 3 veces buscando uno que pueda quitar mis dudas y definitivamente me quedo en este pediatra! Soy mamá primeriza por lo que para todo busco una buena explicación a lo que tiene mi bebé o dudas que se me presentan.
