Omg get some help. Took 10 extra minutes for the girl to sign people in front of up to the stupid rewards program.
Food is always good. But the service here is horrible. They don't speak to you. They have an attitude. If they make a mistake they really don't communicate. They just start throwing stuff around like it's your fault they messed up. Next time I'll just wait until I get home to go to my usual one where they're nice to the customers.
Unprofessional service and poor hygiene. Found a hair in my food and received zero apology. They only refunded the salad itself rather than the meal, despite the experience being completely off-putting and I did not eat the rest of the food once the hair was found. I won't be back.
This establishment is super clean and friendly thank you to Nicholas and Felicia for helping we with my order and your patience.
