Third time in a row sandwiches where not heated or toasted
Staff were very nice. Probably the uhhhhh wettest sandwich I have had in a while despite not ordering many wet ingredients and no dressing? Tasted fine and they were quick to serve it up. Spendy but a “whole” is a massive portion with lots of fillings.
I assume we just went on a bad day with essentially all new employees. Everyone was friendly enough just clueless. We were ordering To Go. 2 Pick two's. We were there at least 20 minutes, repeated our order multiple times to different staff members and it was still wrong. Several people left without ordering. I would go back and try again as I do believe that they were trying and as frustrated as they must have been, no one was rude.
