AWESOME AS ALWAYS!!!
For some reason the “giant” spuds at this location are significantly smaller than other locations in Knoxville. The one I received was so small I thought I was given the half portion by mistake. When I asked if the was the correct size for the full sized portion, the Assistant Manager was very passive aggressive. Due to the lack of customer service and the terrible portion size, I will not be back to this location.
McAllister's has went downhill. They forgot one of our sides, one of sandwiches was burnt, and the Mac-n-cheese tasted like it was out of a box. The men's restroom was filthy. There is way to many choices in Knoxville to pick from to ever come here again
