Food took way to long, waited over an hour but made the order 20 min ahead of time before I arrived. Service wasn't good the workers were stressed and confused didn't look like any management was there to help or advise.
Very good salad 🥗
There's no way on the app to add notes etc to orders, then you get down the road, no pickles, no lemons, etc....lil tiny meat on sandwich.... and what a joke spudtember is!!! Our McAllister in alexandria never has spuds! Yet, I can go to outlaws or other places and always get spuds. Right now the AC seems to not be working now for months. The one good thing they have going for them is the lady behind the counter, she literally does what she can to keep it together.
