Came in and there was a little bit of a line. So we went to a table and ordered table side. The food came out 5-10 min after the estimated time of arrival per the app and was cold. When the manager set the food down he said “about the drinks. We see them, we just don’t have time to make them” and set the food down and walked off. This location is horrible. Won't obe ordering again. I did not receive what I ordered and the description on my ticket was correct but whoever prepared my sandwich clearly didn't give a damn. Very sloppy. Lettuce is always wilted and the tomato on the sandwich was not fresh either. This is always the case on my recent orders. Whoever is the manager over this location should be ashamed.
This is my favorite location. The staff here are amazing team players with huge hearts and beautiful smiles. The food is always hot and fresh. The prices are doable and the restrooms clean.
Manager there was very nice.
Very polite staff good food. Give Akeem a raise he was very polite and professional and efficient.
