I have alpha gal and we told them that we needed no red meat or cheese on my 6". They put pepperoni on it. I didnt even know that was an option! The workers offered us a tea that messed up (put lemon in it) and they made us pay for it! Other than that, mostly tidy, bathrooms smell, and someone came out to apologize for the mess up on the sandwich. 🥪
Food was good and the service was friendly. My biggest complaint is they don't have online pickup counter. I ordered my food online and had to wait in line for 10 minutes just to get my food. What's the point of ordering online if you still have to wait in-line?
Not impressed. Sandwich on 2pc. White stale bread (or was it toasted and showed zero color)?
I made an order from this place for about $900 for a university event I hosted. About $150 were included as a generous tip+delivery. Here what happened on the delivery date: 1- A woman called me an hour before the scheduled time telling me that she will deliver in a few minutes. I told her that's too early and it's not the scheduled time that I've listed clearly on the order. 2- She asked me if I can 'come and help her deliver the stuff'.
